During the visit of Dr.S.Christopher, Secretary, Deptt. of Defence R& D and Director General, DRDO on 02/11/15 to DLRL & DMRL, the JCM III members,representatives of Federation and All India DRDO Technical Officers Assn.have submitted memoranda and discussed regarding various issues of DRDO employees & Officers.

AIDTOA has submitted suggestions for incorporation in the proposed DRTC Cadre review and requested to consult all the stake holders and deliberate on each point. As the Cadre review has to be carried out immediately before implementation of VII CPC report,DRDO Hqrs was requested to prepare the revised draft incorporating all the suggestions.

If the DRTC Cadre review is not carried out immediately in consultation with all the stake holders,AIDTOA will be left with no other alternative except to go on programme of action for betterment of career prospects of DRTC personnel.
