PROCEDURAL IMPEDIMENTS OF CGHS BENEFICIARIES -- LS : Q & A


Let's extend support to the programme of action of Struggle Committee against Govt. attitude on Defence Industry, to save Defence Industry, for scrapping of NPS and to achieve Defence/ DRDO Officers and employees.

All India DRDO Technical Officers Association  (AIDTOA) extends its support to the Struggle Committee of Defence employees programme of actions demanding SAVE INDUSTRY- SAVE THE NATION and protesting against the policies of Central Govt.

The Government in the name of 100% F.D.I and 100% Privatisation is trying to ruin Ordnance Factories, DRDO, Army Base Work Shops, Station Work Shops, Military farms, MES, DGQA, Air Force. Navy and many Army establishments. By giving a go bye to Self reliance,  several works are being outsourced in the name of Core and Non-Core in production and Research and placing orders to many private companies and MNCs.

All India DRDO Technical Officers Association  (AIDTOA) protests:

   Ø   Against privatisation of Ordnance Factories Products on the plea of core and non-core.

           Ø  Against Introduction of GOCO Model in Army Base Workshops, closure of EME Station     Workshops and Military Farms.

Ø  Against outsourcing of Works on DRDO, DGQA, MES, NAVY, Air Force and many Army establishments. Non Filling of vacant posts.

Ø  Against non-scrapping of New Pension (NPS) and non bringing Central Govt. /Defence under the
     purview of Old Pension Scheme (OPS)those who joined in service on are after 01-01-2004.

Ø  Against non increase of minimum Pay and fitment formula of VII CPC in respect of CG/ Defence       Employees.

Ø  Against non review of Cadre restructuring of DRTC and also Officers & Staff of Admin, Stores,         Accounts, DEO, Steno, Security, Firemen, FED, VO (MT), Canteen Cooks and Sup. Staff,
      Sup(GD), AMS(MTS) Hindi Asst. and Paramedical Staff etc.


Ø  Against non- payment of 20% PRIS to DRDO Officers & employees.


Ø Against non regularisation of thousands of casual/contract /consolidated employees.

Ø Against non settlement of LTC claims of 2013-14 in spite of DOP&T Guidelines and   relaxation Orders.
