Dr.Christopher,
Secretary, DDR&D and Chairman, DRDO in the meeting with Staff side on
13.01.17 said that the joint proposal on DRTC Review has been approved by Financial
Advisor (Defence Services) and has been forwarded to Ministry of Finance. DRDO
is expediting the matter with Finance Ministry.
Regarding withholding
of recovery of LTC 80 claims of DRDO employees, Defence Minister has already
approved a proposal for one time relaxation and is pending with DOP&T.
Secretary, DDR&D agreed that he will personally discuss the matter with
Financial Advisor and try his best for withholding the recovery of LTC advance
from employees till a final decision is received from DOP&T.
